Plot: A CIA operative infiltrates private military security firm BlackShield as they recruit L.A. gang members to serve in special death squad units to fight in Babylon.Story: A private military operative is the USA's only hope of liberating its only remaining fuel supply from a criminal overlord. After his one true love is gravely injured in the assault to steal the pipeline, Axel Blade leads a bad-ass group of commandos to defeat Dionis, the maniacal leader of rebelling gang factions who resisted BlackShield's recruitment and nearly killed Axel in the process.
